Behandlingsforløb

Når du ankommer til første session, vil du og jeg altid have haft en personlig samtale først. Jeg tror på det vigtige i et personligt møde, hvor man sidder overfor hinanden og har den gode dybe samtale. Her har du mulighed for at fortælle alt, hvad der rører sig i dig og er på spil for dig. Samtidig fortæller jeg dig om, hvad hypnose kan gøre for dig, hvad jeg kan gøre for dig og hvorfor det er et fantastisk stærkt redskab.

Samtalen vil altid være gratis. Jeg servere en god kop kaffe eller te. Det er vigtig for mig at der er god tid til samtalen og du får mærker at her er der intet ur, kun masser af tid og nærvær.

Efter en god dybdegående samtale vil du være så godt klædt på som muligt. Du vil have større viden omkring, hvad der vil foregå i en session hos mig. Hvordan hypnose hjælper dig og du vil have mødt mig. Det giver tillid og tryghed, når vi har snakket sammen og set hinanden i øjnene. Det er mit ønske at du skal være så afklaret og tryg som muligt ved at komme her.

Jeg har mange stærke værktøjer i min faglige redskabskasse som Hypnoterapeut. Jeg vurderer altid gennem samtalen med den enkelte, hvilke redskaber der vil være perfekte at hive op til denne enkelte klient. Så alle der kommer her hos mig bliver behandlet individuelt og ikke over en bestemt form eller en bestemt behandlingsform. Jeg tror på at mennesker er vidt forskellige og skal behandles efter deres ønsker og behov. Så hos mig bliver du set, for den person du er, med det som du kommer med, og ikke som nogen som helst andre.

Ved hver session har vi en forsamtale, hvor du og jeg taler om, hvordan det er gået siden sidste session. Herefter er selve hypnosen, der ca varer 45-60 min. Til slut har vi en lille afsluttende samtale, hvor du får mulighed for at stille spørgsmål, hvis der skulle være nogen.
